Refund Policy

Try before you buy. The free version of HearingScribe has every core feature, so you can check that it works well on your Mac and with your recordings before you upgrade. Because of that, all purchases are final.

• Bought in the Mac App Store: Apple handles payment and refunds. Any refund request goes to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) and is decided by Apple under its own policies. We can't issue or refuse App Store refunds.
• Bought from us directly: purchases are final. We only refund where the law requires it, or if a technical problem we can't fix stops HearingScribe Pro from working on a supported Mac. Email support@hearingscribe.com.
• Your legal rights: this policy doesn't limit any statutory rights you have where you live.
